Returning to the Blogging World
Okay, okay, I guess I am finally ready to "try" and commit to the blogging world. Every day I check everyone else's pages but not my own, until tonight. I had no idea that you were all having this many conversations about me.( By the way, mandi , you can not comment unless you are willing to start one.) So I am going to try and be faithful about writing. It's not that I don't have tons of issues or questions in my life to share it's just that at this time I feel like they are all so mundane and complaining. (Can you tell that I have been without a husband for 9 days, and alone with 4 crazy children !) Plus I don't have the amazing writing abilities that everyone else has. I am always in awe and so inspired by reading others blogs. Anyway, no more excuses , it's a new year and anything is possible! I am still working on my list of 100 things about me,unfortunately I have only gotten to number 44, but it will be done soon, I promise. Thank you for inspiring me and for always checking my page and making comments.

Screwdrivers and Wrenches
I have a question for anyone reading this, do you see screwdrivers and wrenches, three of them on the side of my page? They drive me crazy and I can't figure out why they are there. Amy says she can't see them so I am wondering if anyone else can or if I am slowly going crazy

The Joy of Sleep
I sometimes wish I was still a child and could fall asleep anywhere. I have been very sleep deprived with my family in town, but it is worth every minute of the loss. When we all get together it is complete chaos. We have 11 kids here right now and nine of them are ages 4 and under. We were feeding all the kids some lunch and I looked over at my little boy Crew and he was sound asleep! I am not sure how that is possible with that many children yelling for more apples and drinks. His head kept falling forward and almost landing on his peanut butter sandwich. What joy it would be to be able to ignore the world and noises around you and listen to your body telling you to sleep. That is something I need to learn how to do, just like Crew.

A Dedication to Amy
Amy, here you go, this blog of mine is dedicated to you! Like everyone else, she has been on me to start this. Mandi and Gina you are next. Christmas was wonderful up here in Cedar City, we loved having Megan and Tom here and Regina and Tyler living right across the street. We also love having all my husbands family close by. This is a picture of my youngest daughter on Santa's lap on Christmas Eve. She was still working on him to deliver that "real" horse she asked for. Hope everyone's holidays were as perfect as my families.
