The Joy of Sleep

I sometimes wish I was still a child and could fall asleep anywhere. I have been very sleep deprived with my family in town, but it is worth every minute of the loss. When we all get together it is complete chaos. We have 11 kids here right now and nine of them are ages 4 and under. We were feeding all the kids some lunch and I looked over at my little boy Crew and he was sound asleep! I am not sure how that is possible with that many children yelling for more apples and drinks. His head kept falling forward and almost landing on his peanut butter sandwich. What joy it would be to be able to ignore the world and noises around you and listen to your body telling you to sleep. That is something I need to learn how to do, just like Crew.

I too wish it were so easy to just let go. He is so cute...I seriously had to look twice though because sleeping he looked like Noah to me. And I've never before thought those two looked alike.
